This is the perfect meal for this time of year! Thank you so much for hosting the challenge, I look forward to another go round in 2026!
ReplyDeleteWhen our younger daughter was born and her father was due back to work after a too-short parental leave, my mom and a dear friend of hers came to help me for a couple of weeks. The friend was a delightful Italian American nonna named Lillian and she cooked the most wonderful baked ziti. Yours looks very much like hers, Wendy! I can't wait to try it!
ReplyDeleteI love how easy this is. I always s do several lasagnas for Christmas dinner. I’m definitely replacing one of them with this baked ziti.
