How cool that you have access to fresh kielbasa! What a simple and delicious hearty dinner!
ReplyDeleteLiving in Michigan, I had no idea that Fresh Kielbasa wasn't widely available until my son moved to VA. Now I have to bring it for him when we visit LOL.
DeleteLove the ease and simplicity of this! Kielbasa is I think, my favorite sausage.
ReplyDeleteYes, mine too but Italian is a close second.
DeleteI love an easy dinner and this one will be perfect.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy it Sue.
DeleteI'll have to check the butcher shops for fresh but I always have some smoked on hand during the summer months. Love a sheet pan meal!
ReplyDeleteI understand that Fresh Kielbasa may be a Michigan/Ohio thing. My son is in VA and cannot locate it.
DeleteMy dad sends us kielbasa every year. I'll have to take some out of the freezer to make this sheet pan meal...because it sounds like roasted perfection!!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Colleen.
DeleteI love the tip about parboiling. I can't find decent fresh kielbasa around here, just the smoked. Sheet pan meals rock.
ReplyDeleteThey do Lisa.
DeleteI had to google to find out what kielbasa was!
ReplyDeleteWe tend to use smoked Dutch sausages in soups etc. I think the plan is that we will do that next week in fact. It is definitely soup weather here now!
I have never had Dutch Sausage. I will have to look for some.
DeleteI love sheet pan meals, and this looks so yum!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
ReplyDeleteMaking it in a sheet pan is cool! Parcooking and then baking is a great idea for a perfect flavor and texture.
ReplyDeleteSheet pan dinners are best. Like your suggestion of parboiling the ingredients so that all the ingredients roast well.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mayuri
