Peppermint Patty Cookies #ChristmasCookies

Disclosure:  I received sponsor products to use in the creation of these recipes.  I did not receive any monetary compensation.  All opinions are my own.

These delicious and easy Peppermint Patty Cookies start off with a box of chocolate cake mix and are topped with a Junior Mint before being baked.

This is my first recipe as we kick off Christmas Cookie Week.........

Welcome to #ChristmasCookies week where more than 25 bloggers are sharing cookie recipes perfect for your holiday celebrations. Hosted by Ellen from Family Around the Table, Christie from A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures and Heather from Hezzi-D’s Books and Cooks, we invite you to not only check out the recipes but enter the amazing giveaway found at the bottom of this post.

Don’t miss one delicious cookie recipe! Follow along on Pinterest.

I was excited to receive some cookie sheets from Anolon, one of our sponsors for this event.  I have used their products in the past and knew that these cookie sheets were going to be of the finest quality.

Anolon has also joined with the other sponsors to provide our readers with some marvelous prizes.  You will find a list of prizes and the raffle to enter to win at the bottom of this post.

These cookies are so pretty and delicious nobody will realize how very easy they are to make.  In less than half an hour you have fresh cookies coming out of the oven.

The cookies crackle around the edges as they bake.  As they cool, the peppermint patty firms back up and adds a delicious little treat in each bite.

I will return on Wednesday and Friday with more Christmas Cookies to share but the event is every day this week.  You can find them by searching #ChristmasCookies on Pinterest.

Stop by tomorrow when I share a Taco Tuesday Calzone recipe....See you then.
