You can make this recipe as easy or as labor intensive as you want. You can make your own croutons, you can shred your own vegetables for the slaw and/or you can make your own dressing.
I think the holidays are busy enough without adding extra steps for this salad so I used a prepackaged bags of slaw and Caesar croutons and made my own dressing. If you want to use your favorite prepared Caesar dressing and make this even easier, I daresay it will still be delicious.

Caesar Coleslaw
This fun spin on a Caesar Salad is a great side or starter for your holiday parties.

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) bag coleslaw mix
- 1 pkg. Salad Croutons, Caesar flavor
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 2 t. garlic paste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, parmesan, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the coleslaw mix in a large bowl. Add the dressing and croutons. Toss to mix. Serve immediately.
Notes:

This salad can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Reserve the croutons and toss in right before serving.
