This scrumptious salad was a wonderful way to enjoy the sweet corn so abundant in Michigan right now. I paired it with a Spanish Vino Blanc from Coopers Hawk Winery.

Sazon Goya Grilled Chicken Thighs and an Old Vines Garnacha #WorldWineTravel

I opened a bottle of Bodegas Nekeas El Chaparral Old Vines Garnacha 2018 that I paired with a casual dinner of Grilled Chicken Thighs that had been marinated in olive oil and Sazon Goya seasoning, steamed rice and fresh buttered corn off the cob.

Light up the Grill and Open that Bottle of Jumilla Wine #WorldWineTravel
Boneless Pork Loin, marinated, seasoned with a rub, placed on the rotisserie and then finished with a bbq sauce makes a great dinner as it is and in planned leftovers for the rest of the week.
I paired this roast with a red blend from Taja Vineyards in Jumilla, Spain.........
