Raspberry Parfait

The 11th Day of Christmas is also National Whipping Cream Day......
Sneha of Sneha's Recipe asked the members of Foodie Extravaganza to join her in celebrating National Whipping Cream Day.

Foodie Extravaganza is a fun group that gets together once a month to celebrate Food Holidays.  Yes, that is a thing.....

Lets take a look at what everyone whipped up.  Get it?  National Whipping Cream Day?  Whipped up? Oh, Never mind!!

Besides bad puns, my mind also drifts towards music....all.the.time!  Regardless of what I am saying or what someone is saying to me....I break out in song.  So everytime I say the words Raspberry Parfait it is to the tune of Raspberry Beret by Prince....or the artist formally known as Prince....or just some symbols I can't pronounce....or is he back to Prince again?

Tomorrow is the last Day of Christmas.  Normally we would be celebrating with a dinner gathering and small gift exchange with family and friends but we are still in quarantine here, so it's going to be just a quiet dinner and no gifts because I couldn't go out shopping.

Are you celebrating Little Christmas?  If you are this Raspberry Parfait would make the perfect ending to the Holiday Season.
