Baby, it's cold outside.....Here in Michigan we have been well below freezing for a couple of weeks. The solution? Cuddling up by the fire with a cocktail. Too early for a cocktail? Then cuddle up with this Kahlua and Cream Bundt Cake. All the same flavors that you love in the cocktail. Or do as I did and enjoy both while cuddling with your sweetie.

Kahlua and Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. Devil's Food Cake mix
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. Kahlua or other brand coffee flavored liqueur
- 1/2 c. Canola oil
- 1 (3.9 oz) pkg. Instant chocolate pudding
- 2 T. orange zest
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 (12 oz) pkg. mini chocolate chips
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 T. powdered sugar + more for sprinkling
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, Kahlua, oil, pudding mix, zest and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour into a bundt pan that has been treated with baking spray.
- Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 50-60 minutes, until a skewer inserted removes cleanly. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool completely.
- When cool, place onto a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- When ready to serve, whip the cream and 1 T. powdered sugar with an electric mixer starting on low speed and increasing the speed as it thickens until cream is light and fluffy.
- Serve the cake with a dollop of the whipped cream.
