Preparing for Easter

Today was a great day!! I got to hang out with one of my favorite people, my niece, Danielle! We spent the whole day together, shopping for the things we need to make Easter Dinner. We met Danielle's Dad, Dan, and Uncle Frank and Grandma Klik for lunch in between shopping trips.

One of the stores that we went to was Morley's, where we bought chocolate eggs. Some are Peanut Butter filled, some are filled with cherries, some are marshmallow and one is nuts just for Mom....no not because she is nuts LOL....because she loves nuts....which is important when you live in a household of nuts!!!   We also stopped at Miles Cake and Candy Supply and picked up a candy writer.  When we got home Danielle, Max and I wrote the names of all the people who will be over for Easter dinner onto the eggs.

Danielle was the Queen of writing large names on the eggs.

Max wrote his name on one.

  And Emily's on another.
I wouldn't let him cheat and just put Em.

I think they turned out adorable.

There will be one placed at each place setting so people will know where to sit and have a little keepsake to take home with them even if they decide to take it home in their belly.
