Shrimp Dip
I had some leftover shrimp in my refrigerator. There was not enough to make a meal or to put out as shrimp cocktail, so I made this dip as an appetizer for a family gathering. It was a huge hit.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 T. Miracle Whip
- 1 T. chili sauce
- dash of Worcestershire
- 1/4 t. seasoned salt
- 1 cup salad shrimp, or chopped cooked shrimp
- 1 scallion, cut into 3 pieces
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and pulse 4-5 times until blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least one hour.
