Chicken Buffalo Dip #FoodieHoliday

This dip has all the flavors of your favorite wings without the sticky fingers.  I served this up with scoopable corn chips but it would be delicious with celery sticks too.  This is perfect game day fare.

Chicken Buffalo Dip

Today is Hot and Spicy Food Day and we have some recipes to help you beat the Winter chill.......
Christie of  A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures invited us to celebrate this Foodie Holiday by sharing a recipe to warm us during these cold winter days.  Let's take a look at what everyone brought to the party...

I served this dip up on an appetizer table with several other items.  It was the hit of the evening with nary a drop left to be scraped out during clean-up.  It is easy to put together in minutes with only 5 items needed.  I used leftover shredded chicken breast, but you can use rotisserie chicken, poach a chicken breast, or use a package of frozen, cooked shredded chicken that you have defrosted.

  2. This would be a great way for me to use up some of the leftover rotisserie chicken McKenna doesn't scarf down. Now, I just need to decide on corn chips or celery...or maybe pretzels!!!
