As we finish out the first week of October the leaves are slowly starting to change. Our Corn Maze outing was postponed the second weekend in a row because of rain. We are hoping it is nice enough and dry enough on Saturday to finally take the Angel Face. She gets to spend the night with us on Saturday either way so if we can't do the maze again we will at least go out to the pumpkin patch so we can carve pumpkins while she's here.

These super simple, family friendly wraps require only 4 ingredients and a couple of minutes hands on time.
Karen's Lasagna Bolognese #FoodieExtravaganza
This meaty, rich, and savory lasagna has very little cheese as compared to my other versions but tastes as if it is as cheese laden as any I have made.
It is National Pasta Month.......

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Grilled Tacos #SundayFunday
These delicious soft grilled tacos start off with the beef being slow cooked with aromatics and spices before being shredded and placed onto flour shells with cheese and grilled. A little more work but absolutely worth it.
