St Patrick Day Menu

On Tuesday we are having guests over to celebrate St. Pat's Day.  You know me, I am always up for a dinner party!

This is the menu I have decided to serve.  There will be ten adults and, of course, our Little Miss.

    I want to make some corned beef...any suggestions to get it really tender?
