Cucumber, Corn and Tomato Salad #BBQWeek

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #BBQWeek. The sponsors, Rainier Foods and Intensity Academy, generously provided samples to participants to aid in the creation of the #BBQWeek recipes and prize packages to give away to the readers. However, all opinions are mine alone.

This wonderful summer salad is a great side for your next BBQ.  Sweet corn, grape tomatoes and cucumbers dressed in a garlicky vinaigrette with just a hint of heat and touch of sweet.

Corn Salad

Today is the final day of BBQ Week.......
This has been such a fun event and so far I have shared three entrees with you starting with Beef Kafta followed by Asian Ribs and Korean Grilled Flank Steak.   I traveled the world virtually for this event and traveled physically to Mexico during this event but today is the last day of both BBQ Week and my vacation so it's back to the good ol' USA for my final recipe.

I am featuring product from Intensity Academy Saucy Queen in this recipe today.  This company is based in the USA, specifically Tampa, Florida and has been in business for 15 years.  The Saucy Queen prides herself on providing all natural gourmet hot sauce.  You can learn more and find recipes on her website.  In fact, this recipe that I'm sharing is adapted from one found on the link.

You can also find and follow Saucy Queen on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

I love BBQ's but, for me, it's all about the sides....I love attend BBQ Potlucks and bringing sides that go great with whatever is on the grill and this salad fits the bill perfectly.  This salad can be made ahead of time and popped into the refrigerator until it is time to serve.  It has just the right amount of heat and sweet and is sure to be a big hit at your next get together.

I want to pause for a moment and give a big shoutout to Christie of A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures, who not only hosted this event but found sponsors who are providing gift packages to lucky readers.  You can learn more and enter to win below my recipe.

Don't miss out on these other great recipes being shared today......
