Corn Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh or frozen and thawed corn kernels
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 seedless cucumber, diced
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 T. Honey Hype Spice
- 1 T. Garlic Goodness Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Place the olive oil, vinegar, spice mix and hot sauce into a jar, seal and shake until emulisified.
- Place the corn, cucumber and tomatoes into a bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
