Blue Milk Cocktail #FoodieExtravaganza

Cheers and May the Fourth be with you!!!!  This cocktail was inspired by the Blue Milk served in the first original Star Wars Movie.  Are you impressed that I know this?  Don't be.....I got this information from our second son, Tony, who is not only a Star Wars afficionado but also a bartender by trade.

Blue Milk Cocktail

The Foodie Extravaganza Crew are celebrating May the Fourth with Star Wars inspired recipes.......
Camilla of Culinary Cam is hosting this fun event.  I have to confess that while I have seen the first 3 Star Wars Movies, it was many, many years ago.   I enjoyed them well enough and I bought a ton of Star Wars toys when the kids were young but I never got "into it" like many others.

So when Cam came up with this theme I had no idea what I was going to make.  I didn't remember any food in the movies but I did remember a cantina scene so I decided a cocktail would be the answer.  Normally when I need a cocktail I turn to Frank but he doesn't know any more about Star Wars than I.

Luckily, Tony, is a bartender extraordinaire AND a huge Star Wars fan so I reached out to him.  Here is our text conversation.......

So now that you know the back story of my recipe, let's take a look at what the other's brought to the party........
