Easy Peasy Cheesy Pull Apart Bread #BundtBakers

This easy pull apart bread starts off with frozen dinner rolls that are drenched in a buttery herb sauce and covered with lots of cheese.  Your family is going to love this.......

Pull Apart Bread

We are sharing recipes with cheese over at Bundt Bakers this month......

The creator and administrator of our Bundt Bakers group, Stacy of Food Lust People Love, invited us all to share a sweet or savory bundt that includes cheese as a main element.

During this Stay Home/Stay Safe mandate I, like many of you, have been trying to live off items in my freezer, refrigerator and pantry.  I had a package of frozen dinner rolls in my freezer that I pulled out to make this bundt today.  I am conserving my flour as it has been hard to find in the grocers lately.

You can, of course, make this bread with homemade dinner rolls or even refrigerated biscuit dough.  Before I share this easy peasy recipe let's see what the others have brought to the table........

BundtBakers

#BundtBakers is a group of Bundt loving bakers who get together once a month to bake Bundts with a common ingredient or theme. You can see all of our lovely Bundts by following our Pinterest board. We take turns hosting each month and choosing the theme/ingredient. Updated links for all of our past events and more information about BundtBakers can be found on our home page.

I think what makes this bread so special is the buttery herb sauce that you drench the rolls in before placing them into the bundt pan.

I placed some cheese in the bottom of my bundt, added a layer of herbed dough, covered it with cheese and repeated for a second layer.

Placed it into the oven and this gorgeousness came out.  It was so good.  I served it up with Spaghetti the first night and then we ate some more with leftover spaghetti sauce for lunch the next day.  The rest was eaten, every time one of us would walk by.  It seemed that we couldn't resist grabbing a piece.

I let my dough thaw and partially rise in the refrigerator overnight.  I did not bother with a second rise but put it right into the oven and it turned out lovely.
