A couple of days in Cayman Brac and The Weekly Menu

We had an absolutely awesome time at Cayman Brac Beach Resort.  Six luxurious days of diving, relaxation, and pampering.  The staff was excellent, the food amazing and the diving superb.

We missed many members of our usual group who could not be with us this trip.  Rob and Linda, Sherry and Brad, Rodney and Dee.....all of whom were with us in spirit, especially Rodney as he fights his health battle and Dee as she struggles along with him as his caregiver.

And we mad many new friends this trip, Sue and Paul, Sue and Chuck and David, all of whom are delightful and so much fun.

Our dive staff was one of the best crew with whom I've had the pleasure of sharing a week.  They were knowledgeable, helpful and kind.  Each day was a new adventure and the dive sights are alive and prolific with sea life.

Good Night for now.  I will be sharing a couple more days tomorrow so this post doesn't turn into a novel and I have time to share my Weekly Menu.

The relaxation is over and the craziness begins again.  Frank has cataract surgery scheduled for Tuesday.  Goes back in for a recheck on Wednesday.  We are anxious to spend some time with the Angel Face and get life back to our abnormal normal.
