Greek Burgers

I love a good burger.  As soon as the nice weather hits the first thought that comes to mind is burgers on the grill.  I also love gyros and this recipe gave me the best of both worlds.  I was going to call it a Gyro Burger and perhaps that would have been a better name for it.

I served this burger with a Roasted Beet Salad and paired it with a Spanish Wine from Carignan that I will be sharing with you tomorrow and tweeting about with #WorldWineTravel on Saturday.
