Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli #MultiCookerMonday

The next time you are looking for a vegetable side but are tired of the same old steamed veggies and didn't leave enough time to roast your veggies, turn to the air fryer.  This broccoli was roasted in the same amount of time it would have taken to steam them.   So very delicious.

This recipe came about as an accident.  I was making my granddaughter a Halloween themed birthday dinner.  One of the dishes she requested was broccoli, so I had intended on throwing some in the ove to roast while I was working on the rest of the meal.  I got distracted and forgot to make my "Haunted Forest of Trees" to surround the "Ghosts in Swamp Water".  I tossed the broccoli in some olive oil, seasoned it and put it in the air fryer.  In less than 10 minutes the Haunted Forest of Trees were ready to be plated.

  1. Healthy broccoli, love that green color. What I like about the air fryer that it always retains the color of the veggies.

  3. I just got my air fryer - I haven't even opened the box yet. This seems like a good way to test the waters!
