These cookies start with your favorite box of strawberry cake mix and are ready in less than half an hour. With only 5 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time, you will have a wonderful, colorful treat to enjoy with coffee, pack into lunchboxes, and greet your family as they arrive home from a busy day and have the hangries.
Yield: 20 cookies

Strawberry Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies
These delicious cookies couldn't get much easier. So flavorful and beautiful with minimal ingredients and hands-on time.
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 10 MinTotal time: 15 Min
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 t. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Mix in the eggs and oil.
- Stir in the chocolate chips. (The batter will be very stiff)
- Using a large cookie scoop (about 2 Tablespoons), place balls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 10 minutes.
