Your succotash looks marvelous, Wendy! Also, it's such a fun word to say!
ReplyDeleteIt is!!
DeleteOne of my most popular recipes! Don’t you love how easy this is? I love your addition of the basil. How funny that Frank is such a huge fan of corn.
ReplyDeleteI like corn too but not every single day LOL.....And then he wants me to make corn chowder for the freezer so he can enjoy it during off season. I can see why it is so popular. We had it for dinner when we had friends over and then again yesterday for lunch with burgers for his CPL class. Everyone loved it. Thanks, Karen.
DeleteI don't know if I have ever made succotash, but now I must try it! It looks like the perfect Summer side dish.
ReplyDeleteIt is delicious. You may have made it as Three Sisters, a native american dish.
DeleteI just adore a salad that can be served cold, warm, or at room temperature. NO FUSS = HAPPY COLLEEN!!! Hope you enjoy Footloose!!!

DeleteLike the addition of lima beans in this salad. Wouldn't mind having this salad everyday till the corn season lasts. I'm like your husband, want to enjoy corn everyday when in season.
