Pumpkin Veggie Tray

This tray is super simple to put together.  You can use any vegetables you want and make this any size you want by adjusting the amounts.  I used a round platter and 2 small bowls for the eyes.

Pumpkin Vegetable Tray

Sneak some vegetables into your little ghosts and goblins before they go out and get all that candy to gorge on with this whimsical pumpkin vegetable tray.
Prep time: 10 MinTotal time: 10 Min

Ingredients

  • Baby carrots or carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 English cucumber cut into 2-3 inch sticks
  • 1 mini pepper, cut in half
  • broccoli for stem
  • cauliflower and/or ranch dip for eyes

Instructions

  1. Place the cauliflower and/or ranch diip into small bowls and place onto a larger round platter.
  2. Surround them with the carrots, covering the platter.
  3. Use the cucumbers to make a mouth and place half of a mini pepper on for the nose.

    1. The broccoli did get eaten. I used about 4 pieces for the stem.
