Crescent Roll Pizzas #SundayFunday

4 Ingredients + 15 Minutes = 1 Happy Kid!!

It doesn't get much easier than popping open a can of crescent rolls, placing on some pepperoni and cheese, rolling it up and baking.  You will be rewarded with huge smiles and maybe even some hugs when the kids get home and thank you for their lunch.

PIzza Crescent Rolls

Can you believe that it is already September?!!  Where does the time go?

It is still HOT in Michigan with temps in the 90's yesterday.  It certainly doesn't feel like Fall but Fall is soon upon us none the less.

It was with this thought in mind that Renu of Cook with Renu invited us to join her in sharing some Kid's Lunchbox Recipes.  Let's see what everyone has packed up today........
Crescent Roll Pizzas

Heck, these are so easy that the kids can make them on their own or with limited supervision depending on their ages.  No kids or an empty nester like me?  Not to worry these easy, delicious little bites are perfect as appetizers for adults too.

The Teen, who starts EMT school on Tuesday, won't be taking lunches with her but if she were she would be extremely happy with these.  She pulled herself out of bed and crept out of her room the other morning afternoon and announced she was STARVING.

I told her lunch would be ready as soon as she got out of the shower.  This lunch was actually ready about 10 minutes before she emerged again but they were still piping hot and melty.

She polished off 3 of them before heading out the door for work.  An hour or so later I enjoyed one at room temperature and then placed the rest into the refrigerator.

A couple of hours later, Frank returned home from the eye doctor and was looking for a snack to hold him over before dinner.  He grabbed 2 of these and ate them cold, announcing that they were great.  That left 2 more that he ate, again cold, for lunch the following day.

That's what makes these little treats perfect for the lunchbox or for an appetizer table.  They are wonderful regardless of what temperature you serve them.
