This recipe takes only moments to make. I served them up with Chicken Soup and they were perfect for dunking.

Cheese Toasts
Perfect as an accompaniment to soup, as an appetizer or as a snack these cheese toasts are delicious anytime.
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 7 MinTotal time: 12 Min
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4-5 oz. shredded Italian Cheese Blend (I used a 4 cheese blend)
- 3 scallions, white and light green parts, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil and garlic
- Place the baguette slices onto a baking sheet.
- Brush each slice with some of the garlic oil
- Sprinkle each slice with cheese
- Place under broiler for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and melted and edges of toast begin to brown.
- Sprinkle with the scallions and serve
