Delicious !
ReplyDeleteIt sure was Cathy.
DeleteWendy, after reading you post, listened to the song. Heart of palm is what is sold in Mombasa sometimes as street food. It is usually cut into thin strips and enjoyed raw. Next time will use them for a salad.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine Day Mayuri.
DeleteNever seen hearts of palm , will have to google, but this salad looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sneha. Hope you find them, they are very mild in flavor and slightly crunchy.
