Happy Friday everyone.  This is the last day for #Fall Flavors Week.......

Friday Fall Recipes

ingredients for Oaxacon Daisy Cocktail

I decided to share this cocktail after receiving these gorgeous meyer lemons from Melissa's Produce.  This recipe came from Imbibe Magazine.  It is simple and delicious.  I believe, from what I can find out, that it was created by Chris Ojeda of the SOHO House in Los Angeles.

The recipe calls for Mezcal.  I used 1800 Silver Tequila.  I have never had Mezcal and was unable to locate any.  The recipe says that it lends a smoky flavor to the cocktail.  My cocktail is not smoky but it is bright and flavorful.  The recipe also asked for Cointreau.  I used Grand Marnier.

I hope you have enjoyed this Fall Flavors Week as much as I.  Please remember to scroll down past my recipe for the chance to win one of six great packages offered by our sponsors.
