Diving the Red Sea

Exodus 14:28
The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen—the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them survived.

We just returned from diving in the Red Sea.  We did not see any chariots or charioteers under the sea. However, we did see all the glory and awesomeness of our God!!

This video was taken and provided by the dive crew on All-Star Live Aboard,  My Scuba Scene.  It highlights some of our dives.

Many of us could not make all the dives as the creeping crud was making its way throughout entire group.  I missed two days of diving and Frank missed 3 days of diving.  As you can see in this video the reefs are gorgeous and the marine life is prolific.

Boat crew

Our crew was amazing. Every need or want was anticipated and met. They set up the gear, helped you gear up, and met you with a hot towel and a cold glass of juice as you came out of the water.

Cabin on yacht

Our cabins were small, spotless, and comfortable.  The entire yacht was meticulously maintained.  I don't know when the crew ever slept because anytime you went out onto the decks crew members were waiting to serve you or cleaning or maintaining the yacht.

Galley

We met in the Galley for our meals.  What an amazing Chefs they employ.  Breakfast and Lunch were served buffet style from the island.  Dinner was served table side and always consisted of soup, dinner rolls, an appetizer, an entree, and dessert.

Sunset

When not diving or eating we were relaxing in the pool watching the sunsets and talking about the exciting things experienced on this trip.  After sunset, we would head up to the top deck and stand in awesome wonder of the night sky filled with so many stars it was hard to pick out the constellations.

    1. I know right? It was a little dicey there at the end of our trip.
