Cranberry Topped Crab Puffs
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 c. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 c. lump crab meat, minced
- 1 scallion, white and light green parts, minced
- 1 pkg. frozen phyllo shells, thawed
Instructions
- Whisk the cranberry sauce until smooth. Set aside.
- Combine the cream cheese, crab, and scallion together.
- Divide the crab mixture among the phyllo cups and place onto a baking tray.
- Top each phyllo cup with 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake in a preheated 375* oven for about 10 minutes, until heated through.
