Sweet & Spicy Roasted Pecans
These sweet and slightly spicy pecans are perfect by themselves or as part of a cheeseboard or charcuterie platter when entertaining.
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 20 Min
Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T honey
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- salt and pepper, to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of ground cloves
- pinch of ground ginger
- 2 c. pecan halves
Instructions
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in sugar, honey and spices until mixture boils and ingredients are dissolved and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in pecans.
- spread pecans onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone liner in a single layer.
- bake in a preheated 325* oven for about 15 minutes, until toasted and browned. Cool completely on pans before serving.
