Chopped Salad with Bacon and Blue Cheese #BrunchWeek

This delicious chopped salad with homemade creamy herb dressing is the perfect start to a meal or addition to a brunch buffet.  You can serve the bacon and blue cheese separately so people can add them according to their tastes.

Chopped Salad

Today is the final day of Brunch Week, 2026 edition......
Many thanks to Christie of A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures for hosting this annual event.  It is always a great time, and I always get so many great recipe ideas.  This year, I have shared a Lavender Bee's Knees Cocktail, an Asparagus Caprese, and this delicious Chopped Salad.

Let's see what the others are sharing on this final day.......
Chopped Salad

I like to serve this salad dressed without the bacon and blue cheese.  I place those in bowls on the side as I have family members who are meat free, pork free, and don't care for blue cheese.  As for me, the more of those add-ons the better!!

Salad Pin

I first served this salad with you, way back in 2014, as part of my 9th Day of Christmas celebration. I was using a different recipe format at the time, which is no longer printable, so I am resharing it so you can print it for easy use.

That's a wrap for this year's Brunch Week.  I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I.
