I was going to make cheesy potatoes one night for dinner but when I went into the freezer to grab the frozen hashbrowns I normally use I discovered I was completely out. However, I did have a huge bag of tater tots and thought potayto, potahto....why not?
The Sunday Funday Bloggers are sharing potato recipes today......
Sneha of Sneha's Recipe is hosting this week and left us wide open saying "Create a recipe using potatoes". How easy is that? We eat potatoes several times a week. In the morning we love when Frank makes his Breakfast Potatoes. Stuffed Potatoes make an awesome lunch and use up any leftovers you might have. These Parmesan Mashed Potatoes are perfect for Sunday Supper.
I'm anxious to get some more potato recipes today. How about you?
