Preparing for a Multi-Celebratory Family Dinner and the Weekly Menu

Our eldest son, Chuck, is on his way home form Virginia.  It has been 4 years since he has been home and we are celebrating.

Our third daughter, Jessica, is Chinese and we were gone during the Spring Festival this year so we are celebrating a week late.

My Valentine, Frank, is home recovering from his hip replacement surgery and we are celebrating.

There is nothing I love more than having all of my children together at the same time and I am CELEBRATING!!

It's been a crazy week, we arrived home from Maui on the 30th and Frank had his left hip replaced on Monday.  He is recovering well which is a good thing because he is a better care-giver than care-taker.

Chuck arrives home tomorrow, I am beyond excited.  Today is our Nicole's 40th birthday she, her husband, our second son, Anthony, and their Mom went to Disney World to celebrate but they will be home for family dinner this week so we can celebrate with them.

Other than that we don't have a lot planned.  We will allow Frank time to finish recuperating and enjoy our time with Chuck.  Sunday, my Marina and her family are joining us for dinner.  Chuck has not met her husband, Devin, or our Little Miss M.  I will make my lasagna with venison, as Devin abstains from beef.

Here is what is planned for our Weekly Menu.....

    1. You are always welcome anytime. This is the first time my kids will all be together in the same room. The last time it happened was before we adopted Marissa. I am very excited. Frank is amazing!!
