I'm always game for sharing cocktail recipes. Mostly because my husband, Frank, is the mixologist and I get to be the test taster and judge. Can't ask for more than that.
So when I need a cocktail for a special event or a post I am writing I just let him know what I need and send him off to the bar for experimentation. Normally with great results. This is not the first Halloween or Scary drink I have requested.
He made this fun Prosecco Cocktail for a celebration a few years ago.

Sweet Poison
This potion is a fun Halloween cocktail from New York's Jekyll and Hyde Club is the sweetest poison you will ever enjoy.....

Ingredients
- 1 jigger white rum
- 2 jiggers coconut rum
- 1 jigger blue Curacao
- ice
- pineapple juice
- pineapple chunks for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the rums and blue Curacao. Shake and pour into a glass with ice, top with the pineapple juice and garnish with a pineapple chunk, if desired.
