I didn't join in the fun yesterday but I am happy to be back again today featuring a recipe using product from Nairn's  and Taylor & Colledge.  Before I talk more about this amazing cream pie let's see what the others are sharing with us today......

We share recipes from #SpringSweetsWeek on Pinterest! Make sure you follow the board to see all the delicious recipes shared this week.

Lemon and Lavender Cream Pie

I served up this pie to my brother on his birthday.  Unfortunately when I peeled the plastic wrap from the top, it became dimpled.  However, it was extremely delicious and tasted much better than it looked so I decided that I was still going to share it with you today.

I used Nairn's Gluten Free Oat Grahams for the crust and flavored it with some lavender paste.  I prebaked the crust before putting in the filling and refrigerating it until I was ready to serve.  Lemon and Lavender are such a great flavor profile.  You are going to love this easy peasy pie.
