ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. amaretto liqueur

How to cook Cranberetto Sour
- Place the cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until the berries burst.
- Remove from heat and crush the berries with a potato masher. Let rest for 15 minutes then strain through a fine mesh sieve, extracting as much liquid as possible. Cover and chill.
- Place the liqueur, lemon juice and 5 Tablespoons of the cranberry mixture into a pitcher filled with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slices and/or cranberries as desired.
