We are finishing up Christmas Sweets Week with a bang......

I want to thank Christie of A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures for hosting this event.  There were only a few of us who participated but the recipes shared have been amazing!!!

Let's take a look at what was brought to the Dessert Buffet on this Final Day of Christmas Sweets Week.......

Christmas Pear Bundt

During the busy holiday season, I often find myself making semi-homemade meals and desserts to help cut down on the time needed and the stress of trying to fit it all in.  This delicious and easy cake starts with a boxed mix and a can of diced pears.  The only other ingredients are some eggs and a sprinkling of powdered sugar.  How easy is that?!!

With only a few minutes of hands-on time and less than an hour in the oven.  This cake can be made in the morning and set aside to cool while you prepare the rest of your holiday dinner.  When it is time for dessert, sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the top and serve.  Sit back and enjoy all the accolades.  Nobody needs to know just how easy peasy this cake really is.
