Rambutini. What happens when #ThirstyThursday meets up with #FreakyFruitsFriday

These cocktails are made with an Asian fruit knows as Rambutan.  I had never heard of this exotic, freaky fruit before but I think I will be seeking it out every chance I get.

The outside rind, that I used to garnish the glass, is hairy and scary.  Perfect for Halloween......
