This is a great time of year to enjoy this tangy, herb-packed dressing. The herb gardens are in full bloom right now, and the Farmer's Markets have tons of choices. This dressing can be customized with your favorite herbs and is great for using what you have on hand while it is still garden fresh.
It is thick and creamy, perfect for a dip or spread. Try it slathered on your favorite sandwich. It is also delicious as a salad dressing, but you may want to thin it out with a little milk to get the proper consistency.
