We had a glorious 12-day stay in Greece. You can read all about it and see photos in this post. As always, we are happy to be home. While we were gone, Marissa's sister moved back to Michigan. We are excited to get reacquainted with her.
This all happened while we were en route to our trip, and, as luck would have it, when we were telling our friends, Sherri and Lynn, about it, they said they had just gotten an opening for a room in a rental very close to our home. It is perfect for Marissa's sister. They will be coming over on Thursday for dinner so they can meet her and give her the low-down.
We arrived home late on Friday evening, which was actually early on Saturday morning for us. It is always nice to be back in your own bed. We spent yesterday just relaxing, catching up on laundry, making the weekly menu, going to the grocery store, and giving our pups all the love and attention they demand after we are gone for a while.
On Wednesday, I am going over to watch Milan while Mama takes Miia to a birthday party, so the others are on their own for dinner. Friday night, we are taking Roz out to dinner and to see The Righteous Brothers in concert at Andiamo Restaurant for her birthday. Here is what's on the Menu this week.
