Meyer lemons, used in this classic cocktail, creates a smoother, less acidic drink for you to enjoy.

Meyer Lemon Drop Martini

This classic martini is even better made with Meyer lemons
Prep time: 3 MinTotal time: 3 Min

Ingredients

  • Juice and 2 strips of peel, from 2 Meyer Lemons
  • 3 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • sugar for rimming glass

Instructions

  1. Rim 2 martini glasses with sugar by dipping first in water or lemon juice and then in sugar. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka and shake until combined and chillled.
  3. Divide between rimmed glasses and garnish with a lemon peel.
