Ground Pork Fried Rice and the Weekly Menu

This colorful, delicious, semi-homemade dinner comes together quickly, starting with ground pork.  It is flavorful, tasty, and nutritious.  It is a great way to use up leftover rice, but you can also use precooked rice from those microwaveable cups or pouches with great results.  If you have leftover or fresh veggies, feel free to add them to this stir-fry. A package of frozen stir-fry vegetables makes this meal quick and easy.

Chile Garlic Oil Noodles #EattheWorld

This Meatless Noodle dish from Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, reminds me of an Asian version of the more familiar,  Pasta Aglio e Olio.

More Repurposed Leftovers and The First Weekly Menu of 2025 for the 9th Day of Christmas

Well, the holidays are nearly over.  Here it is the 9th day of Christmas already.  I'm sharing another recipe using the leftovers from Christmas Day.  This Roasted Shrimp Fried Rice is simple to make and so good that you could serve it to guests without them ever realizing they are helping you use up the leftovers.
