When Sneha announced the theme for this week, I just happened to be making these Smoked Kielbasa and Vegetable Skewers for dinner. Perfect!!
Those of us in Michigan only have a few more opportunities to enjoy grilling outdoors. Make the best of that time with this quick and easy dish.

Smoked Kielbasa Skewers
Smoked Kielbasa, Fresh Vegetables, Ripe Pineapple, placed onto skewers and grilled until warmed and tender. A quick, easy meal to put a smile on your face.
Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 25 Min
Ingredients
- 16 oz. smoked kielbasa, cut into chunks
- 1 sweet onion, cut into chunks
- 2-3 bell peppers, assorted colors, seeded and cut into chunks
- 8-10 fresh pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Thread skewers with the chunks of kielbasa, onion, peppers, and pineapple.
- Heat a grill to medium-high. Place the skewers on the grate and cook until warmed through and charred in spots, turning halfway through the cook time, about 12-15 minutes.
