Beer and Garlic Marinated Chicken Breasts #SundayFunday

It is still grilling season here in Michigan, but not to worry if it's not available where you are, because this delicious chicken can also be made in the oven.

The Sunday Funday Bloggers are celebrating National Drink a Beer Day.....

Stacy of Food Lust People Love invited us to pop open a beer and share a recipe in which it is used or in which you would pair it.  Let's see what everyone has cooked up for us.......

This is a great way to have one last hurrah before grilling season is over.  No grill?  This chicken can also be baked in a preheated 375* oven for about 30 minutes (internal temperature of 165*), brushing with the marinade halfway through the cooking time.

I enjoyed it with a glass of wine, but an ice-cold beer would also make a perfect pairing.

  1. Garlic, beer and Italian herbs sound like a winning combination for marinade! It's still grilling weather where we are so I had every intention of grilling my chicken for this event until I couldn't find any charcoal to buy! I'm glad you were able to grill yours!
