Brownie Pizza
Life doesn't get much easier than this Brownie Pizza. Boxed mix, topped with canned frosting and sprinkled with fresh fruit. Simple, Beautiful, and always a hit whenever it is served.
Ingredients
- 1 package Brownie mix, I used Ghiradelli
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
- chopped fresh fruit for toppings, I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Instructions
- Make the brownie mix according to package directions and spread onto a pizza pan that has been treated with baking spray. Bake at the recommended temperature, but for only half the time required on the package directions.
- Let cool completely. Before serving, spread with the frosting and sprinkle with the chopped fruit "toppings".
