Grilled Kielbasa Sandwiches with Pineapple Relish

It's time for Sunday Funday........
I'm hosting this week.  Since August is National Sandwich Month, I invited the Sunday Funday Bloggers to share some sandwich recipes to help us celebrate.  Let's see what everyone is bringing to the table........
Grilled Pineapple

A Sandwich is a pretty simple idea, place something inside two pieces of bread of your choice and eat it.  It is that "something" that makes a sandwich special.  Sure you can throw a piece of meat onto some bread, pick it up and chomp, and that's okay...BUT...add some butter and it's a little better. Add some mayo or mustard or salad dressing...now we're getting somewhere.  Add some cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers and all of the sudden this plain ol' sandwich is elevated to something better.

pineapple relish

Such is the case with this Grilled Kielbasa Sandwich.  It's just meat on a toasted bun but when you add this sweet and sour sauce and grilled pineapple relish....It is Heavenly.
