Chicken and Mandarin Orange Salad with Wine

This salad, with it's Asian flavors, paired perfectly with a glass of Rose wine from Dracaena Wines.  This made for a delicious light dinner.  It is also a great take with salad for in you lunch if you are working outside the home or your kids are back in face to face  school.  Just pack the dressing seperately and toss it all together come lunchtime.

  4. Obviously I love recipes like this one too - and I love how you used a package coleslaw mix for the base. Mandarin oranges in salads are my favorite!

  7. That is one filling, nutritious and colorful salad. I wouldn't mind having it for dinner, though I'd probably replace the chicken with some tofu.
