Beef and Oat Sliders
The addition of oats to this ground beef keeps the meat juicier and adds extra fiber to make them more filling. I used one pound of ground beef and a 1/4 c. of oats and ended up with 6 delicious sliders in under half an hour. You can't get carryout that is as quick or as good.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 c. oats
- 1 egg
- 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 t. garlic paste
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 slider buns
- cheese, of choice, if desired
- condiments of choice
Instructions
- Place the beef, oats, salt, pepper, garlic, egg and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and using clean hands, mix until will combined.
- Press into a 9" square baking pan and bake in a preheated 350* oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cut in half and then cut each half into thirds. Top with cheese, if using and return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Place onto slider buns and serve, passing the condiments.
