Overnight Cinnamon Apple Oats #AppleWeek

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #AppleWeek . I received complimentary product from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of the #AppleWeek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

Start your day off right with this quick and easy recipe that you prepare the night before.  Overnight this mixture transforms into a sweet, chewy, delicious breakfast that you will want to have again and again.

Welcome to Day 2 of Apple Week......

Camilla of Culinary Adventures with Camilla arranged this incredible event for you and wrangled a group of bloggers to celebrate all things apple. Apples, apples, and more apples!

Cam also arranged for sponsors to not only provide us with product to incorporate in our recipes but also to provide some amazing gifts for our readers to win.  You can learn all about this gifts and enter to win in my Welcome Post.

Let's take a look at what everyone is sharing today.......

The recipe I am sharing with you today incorporates several of the sponsor gifts I received.  I was excited to use my new Flahavan mason jar mug but you can use any mason jar you like.

I did not add any sweetener to this recipe because the Envy Apples are so sweet and delicious, there was no need.  Just a touch of the Taylor and Colledge and a sprinkle of cinnamon and you couldn't ask for a more flavorful, nutritious and fiber filled breakfast.  This is definitely the breakfast of champions.

I nearly forgot to mention the Zyliss knife that I used for dicing up the apple.  It slices through those apples just like butter.  I also chose to peel my apples but it is not necessary and completely personal preference.

Place all the ingredients in a jar, secure the lid, give it a couple of good shakes and place it in the refrigerator.  That's it.  In the morning you will be rewarded with pure deliciousness.
