Monday’s #BBQWeek Recipes

Weisswurst with Red Cabbage Hoagie

I smoked these sausages on our Traeger and served them on homemade hoagie rolls, topped with store-bought red cabbage and apples.  I will be sharing the recipe for the rolls tomorrow.  Please stop back for that.

Red Cabbage

My friend, Cathy, discovered this brand at Aldi's and loved it so much that she bought one for me as a hostess gift when I had them over for Oktoberfest.  This is not a sponsored post, but I was very impressed with this product.  It was a perfect topping for these sausages, so I thought I would share it with you.
