These little darlings are sure to be a great hit with all your family and friends this summer. It is easy peasy to make but time consuming so make sure you start early in the day or the day before you want to serve them.
Start off by lining a 9x13" pan with parchment or aluminum foil. (I was out of parchment). Add a layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom.
Add a layer of thick pudding and put into the freezer for 20 minutes while you make the marshmallow layer.
Add the marshmallow layer and top with more graham cracker squares. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for at least 6 hrs.
Remove from freezer and remove foil. Let set for a few minutes, until you are able to cut into 12 servings using the graham crackers as your guide. They can be made ahead of time, be cut into servings and placed back in the freezer individually wrapped for easy serving. Let set at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
Dare I say that I like these even better than the original S'more treat? True they are not ooey and gooey and you wouldn't want them around a campfire but I am pleased that we can now enjoy our favorite treat even when it is too hot for a bonfire.

DeleteLove this idea! I love s'mores but sometimes I don't want the hot, gooey treat when it's 90 degrees outside. This is a great compromise.
