Pumpkin Vegetable Tray
Ingredients
- Baby carrots or carrots cut into sticks
- 1 English cucumber cut into 2-3 inch sticks
- 1 mini pepper, cut in half
- broccoli for stem
- cauliflower and/or ranch dip for eyes
Instructions
- Place the cauliflower and/or ranch diip into small bowls and place onto a larger round platter.
- Surround them with the carrots, covering the platter.
- Use the cucumbers to make a mouth and place half of a mini pepper on for the nose.
That's super fun!! Did someone take the broccoli? People are so funny about taking the "last one" lol!
